Lead the technical vision and architecture of an AI-native platform that uses autonomous agents to plan and execute complex enterprise cloud migrations.

- Define the technical vision and architecture for an agentic AI migration platform
- Design and build multi-agent systems using foundation models, reasoning, and tool-use patterns
- Architect AI-powered network transformation capabilities for enterprise topologies
- Provide technical leadership and architectural alignment across four scrum teams
- Advance agentic orchestration for migrating servers, storage, networks, and applications
- Mentor senior engineers on AI-native development, experimentation, and engineering practices
Требования
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years focused on AI or machine learning systems
- 5+ years designing and building large-scale distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with large language models, foundation models, or agentic AI frameworks
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, autonomous orchestration engines, or AI-driven workflow platforms
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
