Join an early-stage startup building an AI platform for hardware development. Develop its core AI technology and SaaS platform, shape technical and product direction, and help build the engineering team.
Обязанности
- Develop the core AI technology, from research and prototyping through production.
- Build the SaaS platform across architecture, backend, data, and infrastructure.
- Rapidly turn ideas into working products and scale them.
- Work with founders on product direction and engage early customers to understand their needs.
- Establish technical foundations and engineering culture as the team grows.
Требования
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or machine-learning systems, such as LLMs or deep learning.
- Strong software engineering experience building SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
- Proficiency with Claude Code.
- Previous experience as a software manager and ability to build and lead an engineering team.
- Ability to own work end to end, from architecture through deployment.
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic approach and comfort with uncertainty.
