Lead technical customer deployments of an enterprise AI and semantic data platform. Design solution architectures, develop integrations, build semantic models, and connect AI workflows to production environments.
Обязанности
- Own customer deployments from kickoff through production.
- Design solution architectures and develop Python integrations and internal tools.
- Build, benchmark, and certify semantic models.
- Integrate AI workflows with customer ecosystems, including Text2SQL, AI agents, MCP, Slack, and internal GPT systems.
- Act as the primary technical customer contact, leading communications, status meetings, troubleshooting, and occasional on-site visits.
- Work with BI, IT, security, and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple customer workstreams and resolve technical blockers.
- Translate customer feedback and field issues into product requirements and Jira tickets for research and development.
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Data Architect.
- Professional proficiency in Python for integrations, custom scripts, and internal tooling.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Practical experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Experience with dbt and data modeling.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
