Join a central AI team developing production agents, machine learning systems, and reusable automation capabilities for business functions across a global investment firm. The role is based on-site in the Ramat Gan area, Israel.
Обязанности
- Reverse-engineer manual workflows and build reliable agentic process automation with tool integrations, orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, state management, and auditability.
- Develop forecasting, anomaly detection, ranking, matching, and classification models using firm data.
- Create document intelligence pipelines for extraction, classification, and review of contracts, filings, emails, and transcripts.
- Build entity intelligence systems, including knowledge graphs, entity resolution, enrichment pipelines, and evaluation feedback loops.
- Partner directly with business teams to scope problems and own architecture, deployment, evaluation, and iteration.
- Convert successful solutions into reusable capabilities across the firm.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software, machine learning, or AI systems; exceptional builders may be considered with less experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong Python skills and sound software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and agentic systems, including tool use, orchestration, structured outputs, retrieval, evaluation, and reliability judgment.
- Experience with supervised machine learning, including training, validation, feature engineering, and monitoring risks such as leakage, overfitting, and drift.
- Ability to work with messy, heterogeneous data and quickly understand unfamiliar domains.
- Professional proficiency in English.
