- Design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and internal tools for system architecture, modeling, documentation, technical decisions, and reviews.
- Develop and iterate on agents using agentic AI techniques within an internal framework.
- Improve existing workflows and tools as team needs and AI capabilities evolve.
- Partner with architects to identify pain points and deliver practical AI-assisted solutions.
- Measure workflow impact on design-cycle time, review turnaround, and architecture documentation quality.
- Build proof-of-concept projects demonstrating AI applications in architecture and engineering.
- Create prompt-engineering guidelines, best practices, and reusable patterns for AI-assisted development.
- Track AI tooling developments and advise on strategic adoption.
- Prepare an AI project presentation based on a project built with Claude Code as part of the recruitment process.
Требования
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, graduated with honors.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered coding assistants and agentic development tools into practical workflows.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and encourage adoption across teams with different levels of AI experience.
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, continuous iteration, and measuring output effectiveness.
