- Lead and develop an AI engineering team.
- Design architecture for enterprise-scale AI and generative AI solutions.
- Lead development of AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation.
- Partner with business, IT, data, information security, and infrastructure teams.
- Set engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices.
- Own the quality, performance, security, and scalability of AI solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt AI technologies to meet organizational needs.
- Drive innovation and train the team on advanced technologies.
Требования
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of development team management experience.
- At least 2 years developing AI and generative AI solutions in production.
- Strong Python skills and backend development experience.
- Experience with LLMs and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing AI agents, MCP, RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.

- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or AI risk management.
- Experience with MLOps, data engineering, or data governance.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, or ServiceNow.
- Experience in large organizations or regulated environments.
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
