Duda is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences for an AI-powered website-building platform used by web professionals and agencies. The role owns complex product design from discovery and validation through delivery, while helping improve design quality and team practices.

Обязанности

  • Design impactful experiences for web professionals and agencies.
  • Lead product design from problem framing and idea validation through polished delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content from insight through launch.
  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and AI capabilities into product solutions.
  • Improve the design system, design processes, and product quality.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback and help raise the team’s design standards.

Требования

  • At least 6 years of experience designing successful digital B2B or B2B2C SaaS products.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI craft and meaningful product impact.
  • Experience owning ambiguous, complex product flows from discovery through delivery.
  • Advanced Figma skills.
  • Hands-on experience building, evolving, maintaining, or adopting a product design system.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience collaborating closely with engineering and product management.
  • Clear communication, strong product thinking, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
