Lead a design team while remaining hands-on in shaping the user experience for a large-scale mobile content discovery platform. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and external device partners to improve engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

- Lead, mentor, and grow the product design team
- Set UX direction and priorities across multiple product areas
- Represent user needs and design quality in product and business decisions
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategic plan
- Create and scale the design system
- Conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research
- Design core product flows, concepts, prototypes, and end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and device partners
Требования
- 6+ years of product design experience, including B2C mobile consumer products focused on engagement and retention
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing a design team
- Experience with user research, conversion funnels, user journeys, and qualitative and quantitative insights
- Deep experience creating and scaling design systems across multi-device or white-label implementations
- Ability to use AI to accelerate ideation, prototyping, design-system development, and team output
- Experience presenting UX strategy and results to senior executives and influencing product direction
- Bachelor’s degree in design
- High-level written and spoken English

- Gaming experience, including gamification, social dynamics, or habit-forming engagement mechanics
- Experience designing for OEM, carrier, or mobile environments
