A growing digital performance marketing company is seeking an experienced video editor to create short-form direct-response advertising for paid campaigns. The role combines video editing, performance creative, platform adaptation, and creative testing.

- Edit and produce short-form advertising videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create direct-response and performance video ads for paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and improve videos.
- Adapt source materials to different formats and platforms.
- Analyze creative performance and derive insights for improvement.
- Use A/B testing, hooks, and cutdowns to optimize creative.
- Use AI tools to streamline and improve production workflows.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience editing marketing videos.
- Proven experience creating direct-response video ads is required.
- Full proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
- Good understanding of performance creative and paid campaigns.
- Strong familiarity with social media and short-form video formats.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy.
- Experience in a studio, agency, freelance, or in-house brand environment.
