A consumer products company is seeking a Jerusalem-area Graphic Designer for a full-time, in-office role focused on e-commerce creative, performance, and emerging design technology. Native-level American English and strong familiarity with the U.S. consumer landscape are required.

- Design on-brand, conversion-focused assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
- Create product visuals, banners, A+ content, and storefront layouts for platforms including Amazon and Shopify.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams on launches, promotions, and storytelling.
- Use A/B testing and performance analytics to optimize creative output.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and develop new creative concepts.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across formats and audiences.
- Monitor design trends, platform updates, and emerging creative technologies.
Требования
- At least 3 years of hands-on design experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- A proven record of creating visual assets that improve engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Comfort with iterative, data-driven design and A/B testing.
- Native-level American English and familiarity with the U.S. consumer landscape.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

- Experience with generative AI tools such as Photoshop AI, Canva, Midjourney, or Runway.
