A fast-growing technology company serving the global trading market is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead creative vision, strengthen its brands, and guide a creative team across digital, marketing, and product touchpoints. The role is fully office-based in the Hasharon area.
Обязанности
- Lead and mentor the creative team while maintaining high design and execution standards
- Define and evolve the visual language across digital, marketing, and product channels
- Develop and oversee campaigns for web, social, and performance marketing
- Turn business and marketing goals into visual narratives and creative strategies
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams on cohesive creative output
- Create creative briefs, set direction, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Monitor design trends, tools, and cultural shifts
- Improve creative processes, workflows, and design standards
Требования
- At least 6 years of hands-on design experience, including 3 or more years in art direction or creative leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development, and brand building
- Experience in B2C, high-scale environments, or multi-brand ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead and inspire designers
- High proficiency with Adobe, Figma, and AI design tools
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
