Join an international portfolio of beauty brands as an on-site Performance Creative Designer in Tel Aviv. Create conversion-focused advertising and email creative, analyze results, and develop new variations for testing at scale.

Обязанности

  • Design static and performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display.
  • Create creative variations for testing and optimization at scale.
  • Design email visuals and build flows in Klaviyo.
  • Analyze competitors and apply insights to creative development.
  • Produce and refine AI-generated assets using Higgsfield, Google Flow, Nano Banana, and Flux.
  • Work on-site five days per week from the Tel Aviv office.

Требования

  • 2–3 years of performance marketing design experience.
  • Mandatory marketing ads portfolio.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of advertising formats, platforms, and creative constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative workflows.

  • Experience with beauty brands.
  • Experience with Klaviyo.
