Join a fast-moving performance creative team developing and testing new direct-to-consumer brands. You will create paid advertising assets end to end and help determine which brands are ready to scale.
Обязанности
- Design paid advertisements for brands under evaluation
- Translate creative strategy and messaging into attention-grabbing ad concepts
- Create reference boards and monitor effective visual trends across social feeds
- Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, copywriters, and internal creative talent
Требования
- At least one year of experience designing for digital marketing across multiple channels
- Strong visual judgment and awareness of current social media creative trends
- Some comfort writing copy or evaluating marketing language
- Curiosity about new tools and an experimental, AI-native approach
- Ability to work quickly in a growth-oriented startup environment
