Lead creative and marketing design through hands-on craft, strategic direction, and AI-native workflow development. Improve production efficiency, raise quality, and build scalable systems for a growing software company. This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv and reports to the Head of Design.
Обязанности
- Identify workflow friction and use AI to reduce production time, automate repetitive work, and increase team output
- Own the design AI strategy and standardize generative AI automation across workflows
- Lead creative direction and day-to-day execution for the Creative and Marketing Design team
- Set quality standards and guide high-craft work in partnership with the Head of Design
- Manage the marketing design board, including prioritization, task coordination, and bottleneck removal
- Build reusable web components, templates, brand pipelines, and self-service marketing asset libraries
- Partner with Marketing on scope, timelines, brand-product alignment, and marketing strategy
- Analyze competitors and industry trends
- Develop creative growth campaigns and track asset performance through engagement, bounce rates, and user testing
Требования
- 8+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft across brand, marketing, and digital design
- Hands-on mastery of AI design tools and workflows, including prompt engineering, generative pipelines, and automation
- Mandatory experience with Weavy
- Demonstrated success using AI to improve turnaround time, output, and manual-work efficiency
- Experience leading design work at lead or principal level through direction, coordination, and craft rather than formal people management
- Experience building templates, component libraries, brand pipelines, or self-service systems that scale output
- Experience partnering directly with marketing teams on funnels, campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Comfort with creative performance metrics and user testing
- Deep proficiency in Figma and broader design tools, including motion, prototyping, and print or digital production
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design and AI strategy to stakeholders
- Academic background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
