Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and producing construction documentation for infrastructure projects.

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models in Revit according to project BIM Execution Plan and LOD requirements
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create coordinated models
- Produce documentation and drawings from BIM models
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure coordination between disciplines
Требования
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Technician
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other coordination tools
- Good understanding of construction methods and multidisciplinary coordination
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Будет плюсом
- Experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects (railways, roads, bridges, tunnels)
- Experience with surveying data, GIS, and existing-condition models
- Ability to develop Revit Families and use Dynamo for automation
- Familiarity with openBIM standards (IFC, COBie)
