Own product analytics for classification and brand safety, supporting data-driven decisions, analytics engineering, and AI-assisted reporting workflows.
Обязанности
- Analyze large datasets and develop data-driven recommendations for product decisions.
- Communicate business status and experiment results to product, data science, and engineering teams.
- Define and monitor product metrics and system health; investigate root causes.
- Identify product questions, answer them with data, and recommend features and solutions.
- Support and extend AI-driven brand safety recommendation systems, including data foundations, decision matrices, and SQL libraries for conversational reporting tools.
- Build, test, and maintain analytics data pipelines.
- Support client escalations and quarterly business reviews, translating methodology into clear findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate product feature alternatives, design experiments, and create dashboards.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of quantitative analysis experience.
- Extensive hands-on SQL experience and Python experience for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression.
- Experience with, or strong motivation to develop, analytics engineering skills, including building and maintaining layered data models, tests, and documentation.
- Comfort working with large-scale cloud data warehouses and BI or semantic layers.
- Working familiarity with AI- and LLM-assisted analytics workflows and their failure modes.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Будет плюсом
- Degree in a quantitative field; a master's degree in a quantitative field is an advantage.
- Hands-on dbt experience, including models, tests, macros, and CI/CD, plus knowledge of analytics engineering best practices.
- Experience building AI-assisted or agentic reporting tools, including data contracts, prompt design, or retrieval pipelines.
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD for analytics code.
