- Conduct applied research into LLM training, optimization, and evaluation methods.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate large-scale language models.
- Design experiments and domain-specific benchmarks using statistically rigorous evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze the behavior and performance of AI models and agents.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for distributed training and large-scale experimentation.
- Develop machine learning models and AI applications in Python.
- Build chatbots, agents, and other generative AI systems using modern APIs and frameworks.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to convert research concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Evaluate and implement current research techniques across multiple application domains.
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning large neural networks.
- Experience with LLM technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, DPO, and high-performance inference.
- Experience with GPU-based training environments and large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills.
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, CUDA, vLLM, LangChain, or comparable technologies.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to investigate complex problems independently.
