Lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-driven platforms, data infrastructure, and analytics systems for an investment firm and its portfolio companies. This hands-on senior role covers architecture, coding, production delivery, business research, and AI-led transformation.
Обязанности
- Design and deliver AI platforms for deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and investment research
- Build data infrastructure and analytics layers across financial data, documents, market feeds, and internal systems
- Move LLM-based and agentic workflows from prototypes into dependable production tools
- Identify and deliver AI and data opportunities with portfolio company management
- Contribute to business research, AI-led turnarounds, and new venture formation
- Set technical standards and select the technology stack
- Recruit and lead a small engineering team as the function grows
Требования
- At least 8 years of experience across data science, machine learning, and software engineering
- Strong written and spoken English
- Current expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval architectures, and production evaluation
- Experience taking AI platforms or products from inception through production
- Strong practical knowledge of data analysis and statistics
- Strong Python skills and solid foundations in SQL, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work across back-end and front-end systems, including pipelines, services, models, and user-facing tools
- Demonstrated record of shipping production systems, not only models
- Ability to learn independently and work autonomously in a small, senior environment
