Join an AI and big data team developing machine learning and generative AI solutions for large-scale organizational use. The role covers tabular and textual data and involves close collaboration with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Обязанности
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from business problem definition and scoping through KPI setting, model development, and production deployment.
- Develop machine learning and NLP models for text classification, information extraction, and retrieval.
- Design generative AI environments, including intelligent agents, workflows, MCP servers, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Extract business insights, perform detailed error analysis, and monitor model performance through evaluation and observability practices.
- Develop solutions using big data infrastructure such as Elasticsearch, Kafka, Spark, Redis, and vLLM.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to deliver business-focused solutions.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience developing data science or machine learning models.
- Strong practical knowledge of classical machine learning.
- Significant natural language processing experience, including open-source models, Transformers, BERT, LoRA, and supervised fine-tuning.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building generative AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and prompt optimization techniques.
- At least 3 years of professional Python and SQL development.
- Experience deploying software to production and working with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and development, QA, and production environments.
- Ability to learn independently.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving ability.

- Relevant master's degree.
