Lead an AI and data science team delivering production-grade machine learning and generative AI systems on AWS. Own technical direction, architecture, MLOps, and customer-facing implementation for enterprise solutions.
Обязанности
- Recruit, mentor, and manage data scientists and AI engineers.
- Set technical direction, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
- Design and deploy RAG pipelines, Text-to-SQL agents, and AI document-processing systems.
- Build secure enterprise MLOps platforms on AWS, including CI/CD, feature stores, and monitoring.
- Develop graph embeddings and graph-based AI agents to improve reasoning, cost, and latency.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to define architectures, governance guardrails, and validation layers.
- Balance rapid delivery with production reliability, data protection, and engineering rigor.
Требования
- At least 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and managing production machine learning and AI systems.
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring data science or AI engineering teams.
- Deep architectural expertise in AWS and large-scale cloud deployments.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, deep learning frameworks, domain-specific prompting, and vector search or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j and scalable high-volume data pipelines.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing engagements and translating technical concepts into business value.
