Lead a team of senior data scientists while remaining hands-on in the development and deployment of large-scale machine learning systems for digital advertising analytics.

- Lead development of content classification systems across social platforms, websites, and applications
- Design and build computer vision, NLP, and multimodal models
- Own the lifecycle from data selection and labeling through training, evaluation, and deployment
- Develop efficient data curation and labeling strategies, including active learning, auto-labeling, and large-scale sampling
- Improve precision and recall while balancing cost, latency, and scale
- Build automation for auto-labeling, auto-curation, and retraining loops
- Apply LLMs, embeddings, and foundation models to production machine learning problems
- Set technical direction and mentor senior data scientists
- Collaborate with ML Engineering, Product, and Policy teams to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable systems
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience leading data science or machine learning teams
- At least 6 years of hands-on machine learning or deep learning experience
- Strong computer vision and/or natural language processing experience
- Experience building and deploying production machine learning systems at scale
- Understanding of accuracy, cost, latency, and scalability trade-offs
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face, or comparable machine learning tools
- Experience working with large datasets and model evaluation pipelines
