A data security company is seeking a mid-senior Solution Architect to analyze complex customer data environments, improve platform accuracy, and turn field insights into product and model improvements. The role works across customer-facing teams, research, and engineering and is based in Israel.
Обязанности
- Analyze customer data environments with SQL to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities to improve platform accuracy and coverage
- Translate field findings into inputs for model tuning, product improvements, and research and development priorities
- Design and build internal tools and automation to scale customer value delivery
- Collaborate with field teams to configure and tune the platform for customer data landscapes
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best-practice frameworks
- Partner with research and engineering teams to address gaps between standard capabilities and customer requirements
Требования
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with large and complex datasets
- Strong SQL skills, including query writing and optimization
- Experience analyzing and manipulating structured and unstructured data
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, computer science, data science, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to diagnose and solve ambiguous, multi-layered technical problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
