A leading financial organization is seeking a Head of Data and AI to define its data strategy and provide professional leadership across the organization’s data functions.
Обязанности
- Manage multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Design and implement modern, scalable cloud data architecture.
- Develop real-time ETL/ELT processes and MLOps infrastructure, including CI/CD for models.
- Establish data governance, data quality, and AI ethics standards.
- Work with C-level stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap and define business use cases.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in data, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Practical experience with AI/ML and cloud architectures, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, dbt, and BigQuery.
- Experience leading data governance processes in a large organization.
