Join a dynamic AI company as a Data Support Engineer. Monitor and maintain data pipelines, provide frontline technical support, and ensure SLA compliance. Requires 1-2 years experience, Python, SQL, and pipeline orchestrators (Dagster/Airflow).
Обязанности
- Monitor and maintain data pipelines to support data science workflows
- Manage production schedules and proactively resolve issues
- Communicate delays and status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain detailed records of schedules, bugs, and project status
- Coordinate with engineering, data, and product teams
- Provide frontline technical support and troubleshoot platform issues
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to resolve customer issues
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with pipeline orchestrators (Dagster or Airflow)
- Background in Tier 1/2 data support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and service skills
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
