Lead a global cloud security incident response group, overseeing security operations, incident coordination, customer engagement, team development, and strategic planning.
Обязанности
- Oversee daily operations for a global incident response group
- Lead security operations projects, processes, task tracking, and team mentoring
- Coordinate real-time global security incidents and escalation calls
- Develop and maintain incident response processes and playbooks
- Apply crisis management and de-escalation techniques
- Identify and improve technical and operational security procedures
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary cloud security analysts and experts
- Oversee global recruitment and employee training
- Build high-performing, customer-oriented security teams
- Manage customer service levels, satisfaction, and stakeholder relationships
- Communicate security initiatives, incident responses, and risk posture through meetings, reports, and updates
- Develop and execute security roadmaps, strategies, and frameworks
Требования
- At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and investigations, particularly network security and incident response
- Experience leading and overseeing global technical and operational teams
- Experience managing customer-facing security support and service delivery
- Experience recruiting and training employees
- Strong knowledge of networking and protocols across application, transport, and network layers
- Strong knowledge of DDoS and DoS attacks, API security, OWASP Top 10, and related network threats
- Experience with firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning tools
- Experience supporting customers during security incidents and crises
- Fluent English
