Join a global managed detection and response team providing 24x7 threat monitoring, investigation, hunting, and incident support for enterprise customers.
Обязанности
- Monitor and review customer threats and suspicious events
- Investigate and triage alerts, conduct deep dives, and define remediation actions
- Use customer data, intelligence-cloud data, external threat feeds, and indicators of compromise
- Proactively hunt for threats using available visibility and research capabilities
- Follow up with customers on items requiring additional investigation
- Provide incident follow-up and support
- Maintain professional, proactive customer service
- Collaborate with threat research and R&D teams
- Create malware-analysis playbooks and best practices for the knowledge base
Требования
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, a security operations center, incident response, malware analysis, or IT security
- Strong network and security knowledge
- Experience with SQL, Bash, Python, and PowerShell
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including hours outside the normal work week
