Join a global Identity and Access Management team responsible for securing and improving hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID platforms. Build automation, Zero Trust capabilities, and AI-assisted infrastructure operations.
Обязанности
- Operate and continuously improve hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including upgrades, incidents, and third-party integrations.
- Implement SSO, conditional access, MFA, privileged access, and other identity security capabilities supporting Zero Trust architecture.
- Build automation and agentic workflows for identity lifecycle management, access requests, directory hygiene, and service account governance.
- Implement controls for service accounts, workload identities, machine credentials, and AI agents, including provisioning, scoping, credential rotation, and cleanup.
- Use telemetry, health checks, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted diagnostics to improve infrastructure visibility and stability.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business technology teams to deliver the IAM roadmap.
Требования
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Active Directory experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Entra ID or Azure AD in a hybrid environment.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, conditional access, federation, privileged access management, secrets vaulting, and Zero Trust principles.
- Hands-on scripting and automation experience with PowerShell or a similar tool.
- Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
- Strong security mindset, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
