Lead the engineering team developing AI security products that protect the software development lifecycle from code generation through cloud runtime. Partner with Product, Design, customers, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.
Обязанности
- Lead and mentor an engineering team building AI security products.
- Translate business and customer requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
- Own product execution, quality, and delivery across endpoint and cloud environments.
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
- At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience using high-level programming languages.
- Ability to make and guide technical decisions for complex systems.
- Strong ownership, independence, and stakeholder management skills.
Будет плюсом
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Background in cybersecurity or endpoint agent development.
- Experience delivering customer-focused products in a fast-paced startup environment.
