Lead a team conducting low-level technical research and developing production-ready software capabilities for a cyber intelligence product. Combine hands-on engineering with research direction, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Обязанности
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of low-level researchers and developers
- Set research and development priorities, identify investigation areas, and contribute to the technical roadmap
- Drive low-level research, reverse engineering, and development across operating systems, applications, and technologies
- Research native operating system and application behavior, internal mechanisms, and system-level technologies
- Design and implement production-grade systems using languages such as Go, Rust, C/C++, and Python
- Guide solutions from initial research through implementation, integration, and production readiness
- Act as a technical focal point for challenging research and development problems
- Translate research findings into product capabilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Promote technical standards, research excellence, and continuous learning, and monitor relevant emerging technologies
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience in low-level software development, research, reverse engineering, security research, or a similar technical role
- At least 2 years of experience managing a technical team, leading projects, and mentoring engineers
- Hands-on experience with one or more of C/C++, Rust, or Go
- Experience reverse engineering and analyzing complex software
- Experience using reverse-engineering and instrumentation tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, JEB, or Frida
- Strong understanding of operating system internals and system-level mechanisms, particularly Unix-like systems
- Experience developing and maintaining production-grade software
- Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar technologies and complex technical problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams

- Experience with debugging and instrumentation tools such as Frida or GDB
- Experience in malware analysis or security research
- Experience leading research initiatives or establishing research methods
