Lead cybersecurity activities across transportation projects and internal programs, covering security objectives, risk management, architecture, compliance, vulnerabilities, and delivery quality.
Обязанности
- Analyze project and program security needs, regulations, objectives, and risks
- Plan cybersecurity activities across the development lifecycle and estimate costs, duration, and impacts
- Own the quality, cost, and schedule of cybersecurity work packages and deliverables
- Define cybersecurity architecture, requirements, operating procedures, and target security levels
- Cascade cybersecurity requirements to suppliers and manage third-party risks
- Support technical design meetings and secure agreement on required measures
- Manage vulnerabilities, cybersecurity issues, action plans, and incident resolution
- Coordinate cybersecurity communications and report project or program status
- Manage relationships with external auditors and capture lessons learned
- Provide functional coordination for cybersecurity engineering teams of approximately 1 to 5 people
- Support cybersecurity reviews and prevent security-related project gate failures
Требования
- University or engineering degree
- Valid CISO, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification
- At least 7 years of experience managing information security in national and international projects
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity architecture, design, development, and security technology deployment
- Extensive knowledge of protecting IT and OT infrastructures and systems
- Strong knowledge of transportation-sector information security technologies and regulations
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk analysis, systems and network architecture, operating systems, and security assessment techniques
- Israeli citizenship
- Eligibility for the required Cyber Authority approval and security clearance level 3 or 4
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew

- Cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, or CISM
- Experience with rail, aeronautical, embedded, or industrial systems
- Knowledge of the company’s products and solutions
- Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations
