A critical transportation operator is seeking an executive technology leader to oversee information systems, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and operational continuity. The role reports to the CEO and serves on the executive team.
Обязанности
- Develop and lead the organization's information systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategy.
- Manage IT infrastructure, communications, applications, data, and technology innovation.
- Lead technology projects, AI solutions, and automation from planning through implementation and adoption.
- Manage information systems, cybersecurity, NOC teams, and external suppliers while maintaining 24/7 availability and operational continuity.
- Own organizational information security and cybersecurity, including risk management, regulatory compliance, audits, and required controls.
- Lead security architecture and defensive solutions across IT and OT environments, including monitoring, control, and cyber incident response.
- Create operating plans, objectives, KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional technology interfaces.
- Lead implementation and production transition for new information systems, data and BI solutions, AI, automation, and CI/CD initiatives.
Требования
- Required bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in information systems and information security.
- Experience leading IT strategy, digital transformation, and complex technology projects.
- Experience managing infrastructure, communications, core systems, and 24/7 operational environments.
- Experience managing cybersecurity, information security, regulatory compliance, and risk.
- Experience developing information systems, including systems analysis and technology architecture.
- Experience assessing technology solutions against business processes and requirements.
- Experience managing teams, external vendors, and budgets.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CCSA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- High-level English proficiency.
