Support enterprise Java applications, databases, and messaging systems across on-premise and cloud environments. Troubleshoot customer issues, coordinate escalations, and help maintain product quality for global customers.
Обязанности
- Support existing enterprise applications and deployments
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot software issues
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and maintain product quality
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, business owners, and customers to prioritize support cases
- Respond to escalations and manage multiple priorities
- Prepare root-cause analysis reports
- Identify application customizations to address customer needs
Требования
- Experience supporting or debugging Java, HTML, Groovy, or Python applications
- Scripting knowledge in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Working knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of LDAP and directory services
- Experience with Linux, including Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS
- Experience with Windows Server and desktop environments
- Ability to debug multithreaded applications
- Experience with virtual machine management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for a modified schedule, including rotating weekend work

- Experience with BI tools, especially Spotfire
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing procedures
- Knowledge of TCP, VNC, FTP, and SSH
- Knowledge of network security scanning and CVE vulnerabilities
- WAN networking experience
- AWS experience
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
