Lead innovation, AI, and growth initiatives for a consulting division, translating business needs and emerging technologies into scalable solutions, adoption, and measurable impact.
Обязанности
- Partner with leadership and service-line stakeholders on the innovation, AI, and growth agenda
- Identify business needs, process pain points, market trends, and client opportunities, and manage a prioritized initiative pipeline
- Lead initiatives from problem definition and solution design through pilots, implementation, adoption, scale, and business ownership
- Embed AI tools, capabilities, and ways of working into daily consulting delivery
- Activate an AI Champions community and accelerate practical knowledge sharing
- Develop and promote reusable solutions, applications, agents, and accelerators for client delivery
- Translate client needs, market trends, and internal capabilities into new service offerings and scalable growth initiatives
- Build business cases covering client value, delivery approach, expected impact, and go-to-market considerations
- Package and enable new offerings for consistent use by client teams
- Define and track adoption, business impact, and ROI metrics, presenting insights to leadership
- Coordinate with Technology, Risk, Privacy, HR, and Learning and Development teams for responsible implementation
- Bridge business and technology stakeholders while influencing and mobilizing people without direct authority
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, economics, engineering, accounting, or a related field
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in consulting, product management, business transformation, innovation, AI, digital transformation, or business development
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with AI and generative AI tools, including translating them into practical business and client-value opportunities
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect technology trends with commercial opportunities and client needs
- Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into structured plans, solutions, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken
