Support client finance transformation initiatives by improving billing, revenue, and finance processes through technology, automation, and AI.
Обязанности
- Manage finance transformation projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
- Analyze finance, billing, revenue, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology improvements.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Optimize Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Billing-to-Revenue, and Revenue Operations processes.
- Support implementation and configuration of ERP, CPQ, billing, and revenue management platforms.
- Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions for operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and client stakeholders.
- Create process documentation, training materials, and solution-adoption recommendations.
- Monitor developments in finance transformation, SaaS operations, billing, CPQ, revenue management, and AI.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations, billing operations, finance transformation, or financial systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting, billing, revenue, or finance processes.
- Strong technological orientation and interest in innovative systems and AI solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours with global teams.
Будет плюсом
- Experience with Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, CPQ, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Recognition.
- Familiarity with ERP and financial platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zuora.
- Experience in a large technology or SaaS company.
