Lead end-to-end consulting engagements that help organizations improve performance and implement sustainable, measurable operational transformations. Manage client relationships, guide teams of 3–5 consultants, and work primarily on site at client offices or manufacturing facilities.
Обязанности
- Lead client engagements from initial analysis through implementation
- Own day-to-day project execution and lead teams of 3–5 consultants
- Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations
- Design and implement operations-led transformation initiatives
- Manage senior stakeholders, serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, and drive alignment
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support clients in executing recommendations and achieving sustainable results
- Coach team members and provide timely, structured feedback
- Work on engagements ranging from focused projects of approximately three months to transformations lasting up to 18 months
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree with a consistent record of academic excellence
- At least 8 years of business management or consulting experience
- Proven record of high performance and significant professional achievements
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing people
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conversational Hebrew language skills
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and leadership
