Professional services firm seeking a SOX Manager to advise public companies on SOX and ISOX implementation, internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance reporting.

Обязанности

  • Participate in consulting teams implementing SOX and ISOX regulatory requirements
  • Manage employees and global projects
  • Analyze business processes at public companies listed in Israel and the United States
  • Identify risks and controls related to financial reporting
  • Help companies design controls across business processes
  • Test the effectiveness of controls across business processes
  • Prepare reports for management, the board of directors, and its committees

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
  • Required experience implementing SOX and ISOX requirements
  • Management experience is required
  • High level of English
  • Strong service orientation, professionalism, verbal communication, and assertiveness

  • Experience auditing the financial statements of companies listed on Nasdaq
