A recruitment firm is seeking a senior program and project manager for a client, leading complex cybersecurity projects with strategic customers. The role requires relocation to Ghana, West Africa, with family relocation possible and favorable living and employment conditions.

Обязанности

  • Lead complex cybersecurity projects end to end, from contract scope through budget, schedule, and delivery quality
  • Coordinate customers, technical teams, vendors, and integrators
  • Establish governance methods, manage risks, and report to senior leadership
  • Support business development and shape technology solutions with customers
  • Engage with customers and senior decision-makers

Требования

  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects or programs
  • Proven customer-facing project leadership in enterprise, government, or regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and IT architectures
  • Experience managing teams, vendors, and partners, directly or through matrix structures
  • Very strong spoken and written English
  • Experience presenting projects to senior decision-makers

  • Experience establishing or managing a CERT or SOC
  • Recognized CISO certification
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity for critical infrastructure or OT
