Own global eCommerce storefront initiatives from product discovery and concept development through delivery, launch, experimentation, and optimization. Partner with UX, development, analytics, performance marketing, and country teams to improve content-rich customer journeys and storefront results.
Обязанности
- Own eCommerce product initiatives from concept through launch and optimization
- Define product scope, requirements, risks, and success metrics
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and customer-feedback synthesis
- Create page concepts, wireframes, prototypes, copy drafts, visual briefs, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Plan delivery with development teams, including priorities, dependencies, QA, releases, rollouts, feature toggles, and rollback plans
- Monitor launches and use analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve storefront performance
- Improve add-to-cart and checkout conversion across global markets
Требования
- At least 5 years of product management experience with eCommerce products
- Strong experience with UX-heavy, content-rich customer journeys
- Ability to structure complex product information into clear, simple, attractive pages
- Experience using customer research and insights to guide product decisions
- Strong visual judgment and understanding of premium digital brand experiences
- Ability to create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, copy drafts, and visual briefs independently
- Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization, analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Experience aligning UX, development, analytics, marketing, and regional teams
