Own an AI pathology product line from early validation through commercial scale. Define product strategy, guide 0-to-1 development, validate user needs, align technical teams, and shape integration and go-to-market strategy for clinical and biopharma customers.
Обязанности
- Define product strategy, positioning, target users, and product outcomes within clinical and regulatory constraints
- Lead 0-to-1 product development from research and prototypes through shipped products
- Build MVPs and validate product-market fit
- Research user workflows and drive structured product iterations
- Prioritize the roadmap across machine learning, engineering, and science teams
- Align stakeholders around product decisions and priorities
- Define ecosystem and integration strategy across third-party applications, laboratory systems, and AI infrastructure
- Develop platform and API strategy
- Support adoption and commercialization with clinical and biopharma customers
Требования
- Experience with clinical products or biopharma teams, including translational research, biomarker analysis, or clinical development
- Experience shipping AI-powered products and working with probabilistic, model-based systems
- Experience working with institutional or enterprise customers in healthcare or life sciences
- Understanding of product adoption, revenue, pilots, and commercial contracts
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and judge when to ship or hold
- Strong written communication and stakeholder influence
