- Translate strategic visions and OKRs into concrete initiatives and detailed roadmaps aligned with market and customer needs.
- Develop deep understanding of B2B users and customers, integrating their perspectives to ensure solutions solve real problems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic product decisions, ensuring clarity, focus, and proactive communication.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and create detailed product specifications, from user stories to technical requirements for SaaS and IoT solutions.
- Define KPIs, perform data-driven analyses, and derive targeted measures for continuous product performance improvement.
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing and optimizing for strategic value and ROI.
- Lead agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), promote agile practices, and support the cross-functional team in effective implementation.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers (e.g., in Figma) to ensure excellent user experiences.
- Coordinate go-to-market launches and identify new technologies, especially AI, to enhance product development efficiency and quality.
- Foster an open, collaborative team culture, support team member development, and actively share knowledge.
Требования
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS, IoT, or fast-growing tech environment.
- Demonstrated seniority with ownership, growth mindset, and business impact.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to break down complex product requirements into clear, prioritized user stories and epics.
- Experience with OKRs and data-driven decision-making (KPIs, product analytics tools).
- Solid technical understanding of SaaS, cloud architectures, and IoT product development.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
