Обязанности
- Own a core product domain end-to-end, shaping the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, and promotions.
- Drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement via onboarding, streaks, quests, progression systems, and reactivation flows.
- Lead experimentation: define hypotheses, design A/B tests, interpret results, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Partner with a dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities and continuously improve product performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver impactful improvements.
- Represent the product domain to leadership, using data and business context to influence strategic decisions.
Требования
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products (mobile apps, gaming, ad-tech, fintech, or similar).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance user needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints.
- Experience designing incentive, reward, or progression mechanics that drive engagement without eroding margin.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing, hypothesis definition, and statistical analysis.
- Data literacy: comfortable working with product metrics and collaborating with analysts.
- Strategic and hands-on: able to define product strategy while remaining involved in execution.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- Intellectual honesty and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
