Seeking a Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of energy, drive, and stabilization systems for military land vehicles. The role involves performance analysis, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration at an engineering services company.
Обязанности
- Manage the operational product lifecycle of energy systems, drive solutions, and stabilization systems for military land vehicles.
- Oversee and continuously develop assigned product lines across the entire lifecycle from production and service to end-of-life management.
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, complaints, failure rates, and obsolescence, and derive optimization measures.
- Identify market and revenue potentials and contribute to the development of product strategies, business plans, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with development, business development, programs, and projects to technically and economically advance the product portfolio.
- Conduct cost and profitability analyses and support the creation of marketing and sales materials for the product lines.
Требования
- Completed university degree, preferably a Master's/Diploma in a technical field.
- Several years of professional experience in product management or a comparable function, ideally in the defence or aerospace sector.
- Knowledge of common product management methods and understanding of the entire product lifecycle is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and derive technical and economic solutions.
- Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills when dealing with complex technical products.
- Business fluent German and English skills.
- High initiative, decision-making and prioritization ability, intercultural competence, and strong team and assertiveness skills.
