- Manage and develop assigned products throughout their entire life cycle
- Create product requirements, roadmaps, and decision documents
- Analyze markets, applications, customer requirements, competitors, and technical and regulatory developments
- Identify new product ideas from customer, sales, and application feedback
- Contribute to new products, product generations, and market launches
- Develop the portfolio with a focus on customer value, ease of use, digital functions, and sustainable platforms
- Support sales and service with product messaging, training, and competitive comparisons
- Evaluate market potential, competitive positioning, and commercial viability
- Collaborate closely with development, sales, service, marketing, and production
Требования
- Degree in engineering, natural sciences, physics, chemistry, nuclear technology, radiation protection, measurement technology, or a comparable field
- Strong technical understanding and interest in industrial process measurement
- Ability to translate technical topics into clear customer and sales arguments
- Very good German and English skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, structured working style, and initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Experience with industrial measurement technology
- Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
