Join a growing refurbished consumer electronics business and help develop its e-commerce platform, products, and customer experience. You will analyze performance and feedback, identify improvements, coordinate projects, and support implementation through launch.
Обязанности
- Analyze e-commerce products, the online shop, and customer journeys using performance metrics and customer feedback
- Develop concrete product improvements and support their implementation from initial idea through go-live
- Own defined projects, coordinate participating teams, and monitor progress and results
- Support day-to-day product and operational activities while learning customer needs and internal processes
- Use AI for research, analysis, and project preparation, and explore practical new applications
Требования
- Practical experience in e-commerce, product management, or project management
- Analytical thinking and confidence working with numbers
- Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
- Openness to using AI and other digital tools

- Commercial training or a degree focused on business or digital topics
- Experience with AI-supported research and analysis
