An independent game development company is seeking an IT Administrator to support employees, maintain workstations and infrastructure, and help ensure reliable and secure IT operations. The role is based in Würselen, with flexible hours and remote or hybrid work possible on a case-by-case basis.
Обязанности
- Provide IT support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up, maintain, and upgrade workstations and peripherals
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and applications
- Administer and maintain the company network and IT infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and services
- Support backups, updates, and security measures
- Maintain and document IT systems and procedures
- Coordinate with external IT service providers when required
Требования
- Experience in IT administration or a comparable IT role
- Practical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows systems, and common office software
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows-based environments
- Basic knowledge of networking, VPNs, and firewalls
- Structured and independent problem-solving approach
- Good German and English communication skills
