A remote-first mobile gaming company is seeking a Product Manager to lead the creation and growth of casual free-to-play mobile games. The role owns early product development from concept through soft launch and ongoing iteration, using player data and experimentation to guide decisions.
Обязанности
- Own new casual mobile free-to-play products from initial concept through soft launch and later stages
- Drive 0-to-1 product development by shaping concepts and core gameplay experiences
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring game concepts to life
- Design and validate features, mechanics, and concepts through rapid testing and iteration
- Analyze product performance and player behavior during development and after launch
- Guide soft-launch iteration and scale successful product ideas
- Monitor market trends and player expectations to identify product opportunities
Требования
- At least 4 years of Product Manager experience in casual mobile free-to-play games
- Experience launching casual games from concept and prototyping through soft launch or global release
- Ability to define features, prioritize roadmaps, and make data-informed decisions
- Experience coordinating product, analytics, design, and engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of mobile game mechanics, player engagement, and retention
- Understanding of in-app purchase, advertising, and hybrid monetization models
- Expertise in user analysis, A/B testing, and behavior-based targeting
- Ability to track KPIs and derive actionable insights
- Advanced spoken and written English
