Freelance, onsite opportunity in China for experienced gamers to test localized video games across independent and AAA projects. Near-native language ability is acceptable; no work visa is provided.
Обязанности
- Execute linguistic test plans and test cases
- Identify, isolate, document, and verify linguistic defects
- Use testing tools and automation as required
- Suggest improvements to test plans and cases
- Collaborate with partner testing teams
- Identify gaps in test coverage
- Provide feedback on gameplay, fun factor, and game balance
Требования
- Experience in gaming language quality assurance or localization testing
- Native or near-native proficiency in the relevant target language
- Ability to identify errors in terminology, grammar, punctuation, and linguistic style
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely testing
- Relevant language pairs include Chinese or English to Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, German, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, French, European Spanish, or Latin American Spanish
