Обязанности
- Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmaps
- Identify opportunities through market research, customer insight, competitive intelligence, data analysis, and industry trends
- Own product discovery, development, launch, optimization, and ongoing performance management
- Develop pricing strategies, packaging, tiering, promotional approaches, and financial success measures
- Create business cases and assess pricing elasticity, willingness to pay, break-even points, and sensitivity
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate launch readiness across product, technology, marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and finance
- Serve as Product Owner in Agile Scrum, translating strategy into requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage trade-offs involving value, cost, quality, risk, and time to market
- Work with engineering on architecture, scalability, security, technical debt, and delivery dependencies
- Ensure products meet usability, reliability, security, accessibility, privacy, payment, and regulatory requirements
- Lead regulatory certifications, approvals, documentation, licensing, and compliance planning
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
- At least 7 years of progressive product management or product ownership experience
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong pricing strategy and quantitative pricing analysis experience
- Strong technical acumen and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple products, initiatives, and competing priorities
