Lead the strategy, development, and growth of platform partnerships that enable merchants to offer transparent consumer financing through a financial services company. Own the partner portfolio and build repeatable capabilities that accelerate future integrations.
Обязанности
- Own and grow a portfolio of platform and vertical software partnerships
- Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners
- Develop repeatable capabilities to accelerate future partner integrations
- Build partner relationships and use feedback and performance insights to improve merchant growth
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements
- Create and manage the product roadmap
- Establish success metrics and OKRs
- Develop go-to-market strategies with commercial and product marketing teams
Требования
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- Experience managing multiple technical software products from kickoff through post-launch
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product analysts, commercial teams, and risk specialists
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to turn incomplete or conflicting input into clear, actionable plans
- Track record of delivering high-quality products on time
- Comfort with external representation, commercial discussions, expectation setting, and partner influence
