Обязанности
- Own product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and roadmap for a business unit
- Lead AI-accelerated customer and market discovery and validate resulting insights
- Use AI to draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, then validate scope, edge cases, dependencies, and priorities
- Create and test interactive prototypes and working demos before committing engineering resources
- Turn product and usage data into hypotheses, experiments, and measurable decisions
- Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and validation
- Partner with Engineering and Design throughout the product lifecycle
- Engage customers and customer-facing teams in product vision, feedback, and enablement
- Develop product prompts, templates, and guardrails with other product managers
- Promote accuracy, bias awareness, and privacy in AI-enabled product work involving sensitive data
Требования
- At least 5 years of end-to-end product ownership, including strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to assess system constraints and tradeoffs
- Experience writing detailed user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and unblocking cross-functional teams
- Analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Experience working in an Agile environment and influencing without direct authority
- Daily practical use of AI assistants for research synthesis, requirements, prototyping, or data analysis
- Sound judgment regarding AI hallucinations, bias, accuracy, and data privacy
- Experience helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working
